Each individual may register only one (1) pk2win account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name (as it appears on your CNIC or passport), a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk2win account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pk2win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
Only one active pk2win account is permitted per household address, IP address range, or shared device. Where multiple accounts are identified from the same household, pk2win reserves the right to review all associated accounts, apply bonus restrictions, and request additional KYC documentation before any withdrawal is processed.
All financial transactions on the pk2win platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk2win does not apply a platform-side currency conversion fee to PKR deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are currently accepted:
Deposits are credited to your pk2win PKR balance upon confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment provider. pk2win is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing infrastructure. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. pk2win does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is identified and an account is closed at the user's own request, the remaining verified real-money PKR balance (excluding any uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the user's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.
